First things first, we deliver countrywide DISCREETLY and prefer you make an order the day before or by 10am on the same day if you’d like the order delivered by 4pm. We also at times stretch the delivery hours to 8pm
Secondly, Delivery is NOT FREE– NOT EVEN FOR CBD. This is because we are purely online and do not have a physical shop.
Thirdly, The Standard Rates vary between 250 to 1000 depending on your preferred address- Basically, depending on distance.

DELIVERY FEE APPLIES DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND DEPENDING ON WHAT TIME YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER. Meaning, if you make an order past hours, delivery could be more expensive as that means we’ll have to send a local biker instead of our own rider who might have already left before your order came in.
A Local Boda guy could be more expensive as he does not work on rates. He’ll be coming from Kiambu.
You have the right to send your own rider if you prefer this-NOTE- He’ll have to come to Kiambu to pick up.
Payment is Cash on Delivery if within Nairobi/ If our rider delivers to you face to face.

We normally use WELLS FARGO COURIER SERVICES to send parcels outside Nairobi. Their Charges vary again depending on location- This fee is paid beforehand to their till number and delivery is Strictly next day if you are not within Nairobi. Meaning, if you order a product today, be rest assured that you will receive it the following day. The FULL MPESA for your order should be sent BEFOREHAND.
